Pro Membership Criteria

Hello,

USAT has asked Athletes Advisory Council to revisit our pro qualification criteria to make sure it is still the optimal process for selecting the best athletes to become elite each year.

In our discussions on this topic, the AAC believes it is time to revisit the criteria to make sure it's still competitive, doesn't allow for cherry picking and is as efficient as possible (not requiring athletes to travel beyond reason to become pro).

Following is our first shot at a new qualification criteria (note - this is just a first draft). This criteria will pertain ONLY to new pros (it will not affect you if you're already a pro).

Please let us know your thoughts on this by posting a response or emailing AlisonAAC@Yahoo.com.

Thanks,
Alison & The AAC
